This program offers emergency medical technician basic classes, emergency medical technician advanced classes and paramedic classes. They also have some EMT refresher courses. EMT-Basic classes are typically taught over a 16 week period. Classes are usually taught either twice a week or once a week on Saturdays from 8AM to 5Pm. Twice a week classes are taught either on Mondays and Wednesday or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.The class costs about $550 for the tuition and fees. There may be extra cost for books and supplies.
The EMT-Basic class requires that students be at least 18 years old. You must also have an American Heart Association CPR card.
